If you haven't heard of Minky Shop, here's a link to their shop:
[ I'm a link ]

So I first heard of Minky Shop when I saw it on the EGL database's list of shoe sellers, then once more here.

I decided to check it out.

They had the shoes that I have been wanting for a VERY long time. How could I refuse?

Customer Service:
The first thing I do before buying an item is talk to the seller.
So, I messaged her and got a reply within minutes. She was very nice and was helpful.

Rating: 9 (I /never/ give 10's)

Shipping:
A tracking number is provided upon request which is always good. They do not charge extra for it either. The shipping price is around 28$.
The package got to my house in less than a week. (about 5 days)

Rating: 7.5 (because of the shipping cost)

Item:
Mold. There was mold in my shoes.

I didn't get much time to inspect the quality, since it stunk so bad. My mother just shoved them in a trash bag.
; 3;
Sorry, guys. Incomplete review, at the moment.

I'll finish it when I clean the mold.

I ordered the Tea Party mary janes in red and I had no problem. The shoes arrived in good time and in wonderful condition.
The fit was good also. I'm planning on another pair from them.

I wonder if the mold happened in shipment? hmmmm...

I've got my red tea party shoes from them, and i am very satisfied! The mail contact was good, the price reasonable and the shipping really fast. They even packed it so that it seemed like personal mail (no company name+adress and no professional look), so i didn't have to pay import tax. I give them a 9 too.
Here are my shoes:

Sorry for the late reply!

I cleaned the mold off just fine, and I wear them all the time.
The shoes are worth the trouble.

Minky Shop was very nice and good communication.
I still reccomend them.

The mold was the warehouse's problem, not Minkyshop's.

I bought a bunch of stuff from her when she first open, oh so long ago now.
It is a great shop to deal with but the high shipping is due to the fact she does buy in from Japan.

It actually goes like this: Their ebayshop has a Belgian adress, but it's run from their office in England, and they have a warehouse-person in China that buys the shoes for them in Japan... 0.o Logic...
