This is a wonderful dessert and it tastes a little like cheesecake :DD
(I hope curd is the right word for what I mean, I looked it up but I´m not quite sure...)

So here is the recipe:

250g curd
50g butter
75g sugar
50g flour
1 egg
a bit vanilla-sugar

Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mass.
Now put the mass in a casserole and bake it at 180°C for 25- 35 minutes.
I also added canned peaches for a more fruity taste.

Hope you like it as much as I do ^_^

Since you say it tastes like cheese cake, does that mean curd is similar to cottage cheese? I'm not familliar with curd.

Uhmm.. I don´t know, the only word I found was curd. The german word is "Quark" if that helps you...
I looked up cottage cheese as well but I don´t think it is the same. Cottage cheese is "Hüttenkäse" in german, and that is something like cream cheese with little lumps in it, and you would definitely not put that in a cheese cake...

I would describe "Quark" as thickened yoghurt as it tastes quite the same.
Aaargh I hate translating-websites >,<
